Bruce Wayne/Batman In "Justice?"
an article from the Hollywood North Report says this:
It's finally happening...Smallville is integrating the other superheroes from the Justice League for one giant
Already confirmed for return are Aqua Man, Flash, and possibly...Batman!
That would be absolutely amazing! The episode is so top secret that they're printing on transparencies and no one is allowed to read it!

The writer and director of the episode, Steven DeKnight, has also said in his blog that Batman will NOT be in the episode, that "the restriction hasn't been lifted yet."
